About the Role - Service Delivery Administrator

Upon successful completion, candidates may transition into the role of Service Delivery Administrator. This position is diverse and combines administration, project coordination, customer service, and office support in a fast-paced technology services environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administration & sales/project support (data entry, CRM updates, invoicing, reporting)
• Customer & supplier coordination for projects and services
• Inventory & procurement management (printer fleet, toner orders, asset control)
• Collaboration with senior management, sales, accounts, and project teams
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualities We Value:

• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to adapt to different systems and tasks
• Previous IT or print service knowledge is an advantage, but not required
