About the Company Our client is a well-established manufacturing and sales organisation recognised for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. They are offering a structured vocational internship opportunity designed to provide valuable learning experience to students or recent graduates interested in developing their sales administration and business operations skills.

This internship is conducted in accordance with Fair Work Australia’s guidelines for unpaid placements, where the primary purpose is training and skill development, not productive work.

About the Role As a Sales Administration Intern, you’ll receive supervised, hands-on training and mentoring from experienced professionals in the sales and operations teams. This placement offers exposure to administrative processes, customer coordination, and cross-departmental communication in a commercial manufacturing environment.

Learning Opportunities Include:

• Understanding the order management and invoicing process
• Gaining experience in maintaining and updating customer databases
• Learning how to prepare quotes, proposals, and product information
• Assisting with communication between sales, production, and logistics teams
• Developing documentation and reporting skills
• Building confidence in professional communication and time management

About You

• A current student or recent graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Effective communicator with a willingness to learn
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive
• Available 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months
