About the Role:
This internship provides hands-on training in Zoho CRM and related applications, giving you exposure to business process automation, data management, and system optimisation. With the right performance, there may be opportunities for transition into a paid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, customisation, and optimisation of Zoho CRM
• Support the integration of Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects)
• Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and system updates
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
• Document processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Collaborate with the team on automation workflows and system enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in CRM systems, business automation, or IT solutions
• Basic understanding of cloud-based platforms (knowledge of Zoho is a plus, but training provided)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
