Duration: Unpaid internship for 3 months (with potential for long-term transition based on performance)

Position Overview:
We are seeking two motivated interns to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, with a focus on developing essential skills in both AR and AP functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Intern:

• Assist with receipting and processing payments.
• Support the team in making collection calls and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Participate in credit reviews and analysis of customer accounts.
• Help with reconciliation of accounts and ensuring accuracy in records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and resolve issues.

Accounts Payable (AP) Intern:

• Perform data entry of invoices and payment requests.
• Assist in processing supplier payments accurately and timely.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
• Help manage FX currency exposure and ensure compliance with policies.
• Engage with suppliers to address any inquiries or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• No prior experience is required; we are looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
