Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their high-performing team. This exciting role supports operations across Australia, India, and Korea, ensuring customers receive world-class service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Manage Sales & Service Orders using SAP and coordinate activities via Salesforce.
• Liaise with Service Engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate loan and demo equipment, supporting logistics and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle customer communications, invoicing, and order management.
• Support shipping processes and documentation across multiple regions.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (required); Korean language skills a strong plus.
  
  
• Work station is preferred to be based in Melbourne but would also accept application for Sydney base.
