About the Role:
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and collaborate with our Sales, Category Management, Technical Services, and Procurement teams. You’ll take the lead in expanding and optimising our in-house marketing platforms, driving campaigns that increase brand awareness, educate customers, and generate leads.
This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is excited to help a growing business embrace innovation in a traditional industry.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop, execute, and optimise the marketing plan to support business objectives
• Manage projects and campaigns, coordinating internal resources to deliver on time
• Create compelling content (design & copy) aligned with brand guidelines
• Support and grow our social media presence with on-brand content
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights and identify new market opportunities
• Drive communication and alignment with key stakeholders
• Build and improve marketing processes to ensure scalability and excellence
• Manage marketing budgets in line with company processes
• Plan and execute customer-focused campaigns and events
• Track, measure, and report on marketing activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms, social media, content creation, SEO, market research, and Canva/graphic design
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
• A proactive “get things done” attitude with a growth mindset
• Passion for learning and pushing boundaries in marketing
