Key Responsibilities
As a Web Developer/Designer Intern, you will work alongside the IT and digital team to contribute to exciting projects, including:

• Designing and developing responsive websites that meet client requirements
• Assisting with UI/UX design to improve functionality and user experience
• Supporting the maintenance and updates of existing websites
• Creating and editing website content, graphics, and layouts
• Collaborating with developers and designers to deliver digital solutions
• Testing websites for functionality, responsiveness, and optimisation
• Assisting with SEO and performance improvements

  
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled individual who is eager to learn and contribute.
Minimum Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Web Development, IT, Computer Science, or Design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Strong eye for design, detail, and usability
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Bootstrap)
• Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Understanding of SEO basics and website optimisation
• Prior experience with web projects, either academic or freelance
