Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and visuals.
• Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to suggest content ideas.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to basic queries, and encourage community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred).
• Knowledge of trending social media features (hashtags, reels, stories, etc.).
