About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified early childhood teachers looking to build their career in Australia with long-term visa and residency pathways. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate engaging early childhood education programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators within your classroom.
• Promote inclusive, safe, and nurturing environments for children aged 0–5.
• Communicate effectively with families about their child’s development and progress.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognised in Australia).
• NESA or equivalent Teacher Accreditation (or eligible to apply).
• Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child development principles.
• Previous experience in a teaching or leadership role in early childhood settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
• Sponsorship available for eligible candidates meeting qualification and English proficiency requirements.

Visa Sponsorship Details:

• Employer covers: Sponsorship approval and nomination fees.
• Candidate covers: Placement fee, visa application, training plan, and migration consulting services (approx. AUD$11,000 total).
