We’re looking for a Web Developer Intern.

be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate.
have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: You could be provided work experience in the following areas:
Writing efficient code
Creating websites and software using standard HTML/CSS practices
Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website
Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website/software once built
Key Details of the Role:
Purpose: To help interns learn Ruby on Rails by building a real-world application in a commercial environment.
Structure:
Starts with a tutorial to learn Rails.
Then, interns work on a real project specification to gain hands-on experience.
Outcome:
Successful interns often receive full-time job offers at the company.
Even those who don’t complete it gain valuable resume experience.
