Bench Service Team Leader – Industrial Equipment Repairs �� 
Our client, a leader in industrial electronics and diagnostic technology, is seeking an experienced Bench Service Team Leader to lead Bench repair technicians.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the repair, maintenance, and calibration of advanced industrial equipment—including ANI, NDT, and RVI systems—while guiding a team of skilled technicians. You'll also be responsible for resource planning, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, safety-first team culture.
�� About the Role As the Bench Service Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of bench repair technicians
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly repair forecasts and resource planning
• Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies for performance improvement
• Coordinate technical bulletins, process updates, and team training needs
• Support OHS, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
• Conduct weekly team meetings and maintain a collaborative team environment

You'll also play a hybrid role supporting ANI XRF repair activities, including:

• Performing equipment repairs and calibrations to ISO9002 standards
• Supporting presales calibration and quality control checks
• Servicing demo and loan equipment for internal and client use
• Providing technical feedback and support to sales and service teams
• Maintaining customer service records and test equipment compliance

✅ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading or supervising a technical/service/repair team
• Strong knowledge of industrial electronic equipment repair, especially ANI systems (NDT & RVI experience is highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of OHS, 5S, and continuous improvement principles
• Proficiency with SAP and service workflow tools
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and reporting skills
