Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at STUDY AND WORK, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for our clients' internship/job openings. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the hiring process, from initial candidate sourcing to final internship/job offer, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This dynamic and rewarding position requires excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the job market, and the ability to match candidates' skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to source and attract potential candidates for our clients' internship/job vacancies.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through resume screening, initial phone interviews, and in-person or virtual interviews.
New Business Development: Approach potential employers through job advertisement chasing, candidate reverse marketing, and warm follow ups to secure interview opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing timely updates on candidate progress.
Job Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market dynamics to offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential suitability for specific roles, ensuring alignment with the clients' requirements.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, handling logistics and feedback exchange efficiently.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions between clients and candidates, assisting in salary negotiations and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
Onboarding Support: Assist successful candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
Education: MBA or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields. Experience with diverse industries and job roles is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong active listening skills to understand the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.
Result-oriented: Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment outcomes.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with current hiring trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment tools.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using JOBADDER, applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment software.
Ethical Conduct: Maintain confidentiality, fairness, and ethical conduct in handling client and candidate information.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
What we offer:
· Base salary of NRs. 60,000 including benefits.
· Incentive and Bonus Potential AUD 4,000 per month on target earnings.
· Flexible working hours between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
· Hybrid working environment with some days of working from home.
