ABOUT OUR CLIENTS
As an IT Networking Intern, you will be working with a forward-thinking company embarking on a major hotel WiFi and infrastructure project. The host company is currently transitioning from fully outsourced networking services to building in-house capabilities, offering a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in configuring, documenting, and overseeing the delivery of large-scale networking projects. You will work directly under the guidance of experienced IT professionals and project managers.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Your position may include the following responsibilities:

• Assisting with the configuration and deployment of networking hardware, particularly Ubiquiti products.
• Participating in the planning and documentation of a large-scale hotel WiFi and networking rollout.
• Overseeing delivery and installation tasks performed by outsourced vendors, ensuring standards and timelines are met.
• Supporting the transition of infrastructure documentation and project insights to the internal support team.
• Conducting basic testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks of networking setups.
• Assisting in the evaluation of current infrastructure and proposing enhancements or future improvements.
• Gaining exposure to future areas such as IT Business Analysis, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Data Analysis, as part of the company's broader Managed Services vision.
