Receptionist / PA – East Perth
Location: East Perth, WA
Employment Type: Casual (potential to transition to full-time based on performance and commitment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $27–$30 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role: Study and Work is recruiting on behalf of a boutique, ASX-listed mining and exploration company in East Perth. We’re seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist / PA to join a small and quiet office environment where your presence and professionalism will make a valued impact.
This is a low-traffic reception role, suitable for someone who enjoys a calm workspace and is comfortable managing a mix of light administrative and personal assistant tasks. While the position is casual to start with, the client is ideally looking for someone open to a longer-term commitment (approx. 12 months).

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a quiet reception area and greeting occasional visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls professionally
• Light housekeeping tasks (keeping boardroom and kitchen areas clean and tidy)
• Running general errands (e.g. mail, bank, basic office supply shopping)
• Assisting with meeting preparation and minute-taking
• Providing admin support to the CEO and other staff as required
• Organising couriers, mail, and basic travel arrangements
• Filing, scanning, copying, and other general office duties
• Being reachable via mobile for occasional support

About You:

• 1–2 years of experience in administration or office support
• Friendly, polished, and professional communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable, self-motivated, and happy to work in a quieter environment
• Ideally looking for someone who can commit for at least 12 months
