STUDY AND WORK helps companies hire emerging talent with the ambition to prove themselves in the workplace. Currently, we have several companies looking to hire Digital Marketing Interns so as to “Try Before You Hire” under our Professional Internship Program.

ABOUT OUR CLIENTS
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be working with the marketing teams of medium to large companies or in marketing agencies under the supervision of highly experienced and qualified marketing strategists who will support and train you on the job.

• Get paid $30 to $40 per hour once you become productive and secure a job offer.
• Unlike other internship providers, we do not charge any internship facilitation fee to the intern. It is covered by the host company, saving you $2,200.

ABOUT POSITION
You may gain work experience in the following areas:

• Planning and managing all social media strategies across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Content creation, community management, scheduling, and reporting across all platforms.
• Establishing influencer programs and cultivating relationships with industry contacts to enhance brand awareness.
• Creating and maintaining a social media calendar.
• Producing, sourcing, and publishing social media content, including videos, and coordinating with external agencies to execute social media plans.
• Daily monitoring and responding to queries and comments on assigned accounts.
• Regular analysis and reporting on campaign activity.
• Managing website content, SEO, and Google campaigns.
• Writing blogs and generating content for company catalogues and promotional materials.
• Crafting digital marketing email and promotional campaigns.
• Executing small design and creative projects.
• Assisting the organization in marketing events and activities.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in securing a job offer during or after the internship, you must have the following skills and attributes:

• Skills in managing social media channels or digital communities.
• Skills in developing social marketing strategies tailored to each channel, capable of delivering tangible results.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
• Strong writing and content generation abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in running influencer campaigns and leveraging them to extend social campaigns.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including analytics and business manager tools.
• Graphic design proficiency using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
• Competence in campaign reporting and optimization to ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge in SEO & SEM, HTML & CSS, Video Editing, Data Analysis, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, and Google Ads will put in the front of the line.
