- We’re looking for an IT Level 1 Help Desk Intern.

- be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate/skilled migrant.
- have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.
- be committed to a career in your field of study.
- be able to work at least 3 days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - Answer Customer Calls
- Creating tickets
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Remotely assist with Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- IT support for colleagues or clients to help them resolve their technical problems (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
- Setting up accounts for new users, resetting passwords.
- Testing new technology.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Basic Fault finding on various applications.
- Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
- Support Field Engineers on onsite duties and projects.
- Use provided templates to resolve IT issues.
- Follow up customers on outstanding ticket items.

LOCATION:
The host company is located in Sydney.
