ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are offering a valuable Civil Engineering Assistant Internship designed to provide real-world exposure to infrastructure projects and engineering processes. This internship will enable you to apply your academic knowledge to industry practices, while developing critical skills in project design, coordination, and execution.

ABOUT YOU:
You must:

• Be currently pursuing or recently graduated in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Be proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.)
• Be available to work at least 3 days a week

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
As a Civil Engineering Assistant Intern, you may gain experience in:

• Conducting technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations
• Performing complex engineering calculations
• Using computer-aided design software to develop detailed designs
• Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Compiling job specifications and assisting in tendering processes
• Supporting budget planning and project resource management
• Tracking project timelines, equipment procurement, and deliveries
• Ensuring health, safety, and legal compliance on engineering sites
• Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• Monitoring the progress of construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget

LOCATION:
Internships available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
