Job Description: Property & Real Estate Intern

Position Summary:
As a Property & Real Estate Intern, you will work alongside seasoned professionals, assisting in various aspects of property management, market research, and client engagement. You will have the opportunity to learn about the real estate industry, property transactions, and client relations, while gaining insights into industry best practices and workplace protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in property management tasks, including tenant communication and lease administration.
• Collaborate with team members on market research and property valuations.
• Document property listings and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and property brochures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and propose innovative solutions.
• Support the organization of property viewings and open houses.
• Engage in research activities focused on market trends and best practices in real estate.
• Comply with workplace safety protocols and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with property management software and real estate principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing marketing materials and reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends is an advantage.
