Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including naan, kebabs, and tandoori meats
✅ Operate and maintain the tandoor oven to ensure optimal cooking results
✅ Maintain high-quality food presentation, ensuring authenticity and consistency
✅ Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
✅ Uphold high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
✅ Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
✅ Train and support junior kitchen staff in tandoori cooking techniques
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef in an Indian restaurant
✔ Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and Indian spices
✔ Hands-on experience in handling and operating a tandoor oven
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✔ Passion for authentic Indian cuisine and attention to detail
✔ Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is desirable
