Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu standards
✅ Ensure food presentation meets high-quality expectations
✅ Assist in menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
✅ Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
✅ Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
✅ Follow food safety and workplace health & safety regulations
✅ Support the Head Chef in training junior kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
✔ Knowledge and experience in Continental Cuisine
✔ Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
✔ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
✔ Strong passion for food and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques
✔ Previous experience in a hotel, motel, or restaurant setting is highly desirable
