Job Title: Tax Accountant (Nepalese Speaking)
Location: Seven Hills, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $80K pa

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a boutique CA firm based in Seven Hills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Nepalese and have expertise in taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, businesses, SMSF, and companies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Conduct tax audits and manage ATO communications.
• Assist in BAS, GST, and PAYG compliance.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with Nepalese-speaking clients and provide tailored tax solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards it) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Nepalese and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
