Job Title: Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Payable

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and eager Junior Accountant to join our finance team, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a keen interest in finance who are looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their careers in a supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to address inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.

Qualifications:

• Permanent resident or Australian citizen is a must. 
• Recent graduate (or up to 2 years of experience) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen attitude towards learning and a desire to grow within the finance sector.
• Ability to adapt in a casual work environment and commute as needed.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
