Our client, a leading provider of advanced Test & Measurement solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver expert pre- and post-sales support for cutting-edge Remote Visual Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, and Analytical Instrumentation  equipment.

About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of T&M equipment across Australia and New Zealand. From diagnostics and repairs to customer support, you’ll ensure equipment operates at peak performance, empowering clients to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on ANI, RVI & NDT equipment.
• Inspect, test, and certify instruments post-repair to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and operational queries.
• Configure and optimize equipment for demonstrations or deployments.
• Maintain accurate customer service records and manage warranty cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insights into customer needs and future opportunities.
• Uphold EH&S, NATA, AS/ISO9002, and Electrical Safety standards in all processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome).
  • OR a Diploma in related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based tools.
  • Strong understanding of electronics and computer-linked systems.
  • Electro-mechanical aptitude with exposure to optical mechanics (advantageous).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
