Project Manager – Federal Government Contract
Location: ACT | Contract: 3 years | Clearance: NV1
Commencing: July 2026
Join a major Federal Government program and lead the delivery of complex ICT projects. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and government delivery experience.
Key responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across schedule, budget, scope and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation (PRINCE2/MSP).
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance requirements.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract performance.
• Coordinate technical and business resources to deliver work packages.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Prepare reports, attend project meetings and maintain compliant records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge across the team.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing ICT or business‑focused projects in government.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting and project financials.
• Solid understanding of ICT environments (no deep technical expertise required).
• Experience with structured methodologies such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
