The Role
 
Join our gov clients major Network Transformation Project as our dedicated technical escalation expert. You’ll be the go-to authority for complex Fortinet and Azure challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and zero disruption. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your deep expertise keeps the project on track.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary escalation point for FortiGate, SD-WAN, Azure NVA, FortiClient, FortiSASE & FortiSandbox issues
• Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical roadblocks
• Guide implementation teams with clear, expert advice
• Document solutions and create precise network maps/diagrams in Visio
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

You’ll Need

• Proven hands-on experience in secure, modern ICT environments with:
  • Azure Cloud & Network Virtual Appliances (NVA)
  • Fortinet ecosystem (SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiClient, SASE, Sandbox)
• Exceptional troubleshooting & problem-solving under pressure
• Strong communication – written and verbal – to influence and inform
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical docs
• Expert-level Microsoft Visio for network topology mapping
