Summary
The Identity and Access Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the department’s digital environment remains secure, efficient, and scalable. Working within the Platform Services team, the role focuses on maintaining and enhancing identity management platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Unify Broker, while also supporting Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk and Secret Server. The position involves close collaboration with ICT, cyber security, HR, and application teams to deliver reliable and secure access solutions.
In addition to managing Windows Server environments and related tools such as SCOM, MECM, and Active Directory, the role contributes to troubleshooting, process improvement, and the development of robust security workflows. The successful candidate will help strengthen the department’s identity and access frameworks by improving user experience, documenting processes, and mentoring colleagues to enhance technical capability across the team.
