A great opportunity is available for a capable Livestock Hand to join a well-run feedlot operation near Dalby. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with cattle, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term position.

This role is best suited to someone with their own horses and a genuine interest in livestock and feedlot operations.

The Role

• Carrying out all aspects of feedlot duties
• Working closely with cattle across daily operations
• Supporting general livestock handling, movements and yard work
• Maintaining high standards of animal welfare and site presentation
• Working within a team across a rotating roster

About You

• Previous cattle/feedlot experience is essential
• Confident across all facets of feedlot work
• Strong communication skills and a good work ethic
• Driven, reliable and able to work well in a team
• Fit and capable of handling the physical nature of the role
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
• Must have own horses
