We're looking for an experienced Farm Hand to join a progressive family-run farm near Gunnedah. The business runs both irrigated and dryland cropping operations, and they're after someone who's mechanically minded, takes pride in their work, and is happy to pitch in across the board.

About the Role
This is a hands-on job with plenty of variety. You'll be involved in:

• Operating modern John Deere and Case machinery
• Supporting dryland and irrigated cotton and cereal cropping
• General property maintenance, welding and repairs

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in broadacre farming
• Basic welding and repair skills
