We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Hand to join our dynamic team on a broadacre farm primarily focused on wheat production. Located just outside Hillston, New South Wales, this role offers a hands-on experience in a thriving agricultural setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a variety of machinery related to cultivation, spraying, and grain handling.
• Driving chaser bins during the harvest period.
• Conducting basic maintenance and machine upkeep.
• Assisting with mechanical repairs including welding and plumbing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating farming machinery.
• Practical mechanical skills, with abilities in welding and plumbing highly regarded.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
