About the Role 

Axia Beauty Group is seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Manager to lead our Woolworths portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will drive sales growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and deliver category and commercial objectives across a portfolio of market-leading brands.

You'll bring strong FMCG or consumer goods experience, with a proven ability to manage major retail accounts, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities that deliver sustainable growth and long-term customer value.
 
Role & Responsibilities 

• Lead the Woolworths portfolio, developing and executing customer strategies that drive sustainable sales, profit and market share growth. 
• Deliver annual business plans, joint business planning initiatives, trading terms negotiations and commercial agreements aligned to company objectives. 
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through ranging, distribution expansion, promotional optimisation, category initiatives and new product launches. 
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category teams to ensure successful delivery of customer plans and operational excellence. 
• Analyse customer, shopper and market performance to develop actionable insights and recommendations that enhance commercial outcomes. 
• Lead, coach and develop Account Managers while building strong strategic relationships with key Woolworths stakeholders. 

Skills & Experience 

• 7-10+ years' experience in National Account Management, Business Management or Commercial Leadership roles within FMCG, beauty, consumer healthcare or consumer goods. 
• Demonstrated experience managing major grocery customers, ideally Woolworths, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability targets. 
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in customer negotiations, joint business planning, revenue growth management and strategic account leadership. 
• Proven leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging NielsenIQ, Circana (IRI), Quantium or retailer data to identify opportunities and inform strategy. 
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline, coupled with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial reporting tools.
