• Provide end-to-end visibility of customer orders, proactively managing escalations, complaints, claims, and order lifecycle communications to ensure exceptional service outcomes.
• Analyse supply chain performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships.
• Support cross-functional projects, new product launches, and wholesaler management initiatives while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Customer-Facing Operations role, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service best practices.
• Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience interpreting, presenting, and using data to support business decisions and customer outcomes.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and managing inventory, forecasting, and order management processes in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
