About the role:
Join PharmaPrograms as a Pharmacy Support Specialist, where you’ll play an important role in supporting our pharmacy network and helping pharmacies get the most from our professional service programs.
Reporting to the PharmaPrograms General Manager, you’ll engage directly with pharmacies, primarily through outbound calls, providing education and support across patient identification, program workflows, best practice and opportunities to maximise professional service remuneration.
You’ll also support our multidisciplinary call centre team of pharmacists, dietitians and nurses, assist with maintaining our CRM system, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day delivery of our programs.
This is a full-time, Richmond-based role offering the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team within a dynamic and growing healthcare organisation.
  
Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with pharmacy customers through outbound calls and emails to increase awareness and participation in PharmaPrograms initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and program participation.
• Educate and train pharmacists on program requirements, patient enrolment and claiming processes to help maximise professional service remuneration.
• Manage program enrolments and maintain accurate pharmacy and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
• Provide responsive and professional support to pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other customers via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy customers, resolving queries and complaints while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor pharmacy engagement, gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant sales, product and program teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and work with internal stakeholders to implement greater efficiencies.
• Meet agreed activity, engagement and customer service KPIs while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration or a Pharmacy Assistant with a Certificate II, III or IV in Community Pharmacy.
• Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication, phone handling and active listening skills.
• Confident engaging with and presenting information to pharmacists and pharmacy teams, with the ability to educate and build strong relationships.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency across Microsoft

Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
