About The Role
We are seeking two proactive and relationship-driven Customer Business Partners to join our Beauty Supply Chain team based in Sydney. One role will support our Australia portfolio, while the other will manage our New Zealand portfolio, partnering with key wholesale customers to drive collaboration, product availability, and supply chain excellence.
Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, you will work across demand planning, logistics, customer service, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, improve forecast accuracy, optimise inventory, and support business growth. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational execution with stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, acting as the key point of contact across supply chain, customer service, and logistics activities.
- Partner with internal teams to optimise product availability, inventory levels, DIFOT performance, and order fulfilment across wholesaler and 3PL networks.
- Drive demand planning alignment through collaboration on forecasts, promotional activity, new product launches, stock-at-risk management, and customer ordering patterns.
- Provide end-to-end visibility of customer orders, proactively managing escalations, complaints, claims, and order lifecycle communications to ensure exceptional service outcomes.
- Analyse supply chain performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships.
- Support cross-functional projects, new product launches, and wholesaler management initiatives while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Customer-Facing Operations role, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across internal and external business functions.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service best practices.
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience interpreting, presenting, and using data to support business decisions and customer outcomes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and managing inventory, forecasting, and order management processes in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
