About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce & CRM Specialist to join our Digital Commerce team. You will drive D2C growth by executing eCommerce trading initiatives, CRM campaigns, website optimisation, and content management.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will take ownership of website content and customer communications to deliver an exceptional online customer experience and support commercial performance.
Role & Responsibilities - Execute the eCommerce trade and promotional calendar, coordinating campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end CRM activity including email and SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, personalisation, and performance optimisation.
- Own website content and product enrichment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a best-in-class customer experience across the online store.
- Monitor website performance, customer behaviour, and key eCommerce metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Support the management and optimisation of Shopify, Klaviyo, and related digital platforms, identifying opportunities to improve UX, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver commercial objectives, resolve technical issues, and enhance the customer journey.
Skills & Experience - 1-2+ years' experience in an eCommerce, CRM, Digital Commerce, or related role within a D2C environment.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo (preferred), or similar eCommerce and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience managing website content, online merchandising, email marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
