About the Role
Join DBG Health as a Performance, People and Culture Manager for our Beauty portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, capability, engagement, and culture.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will provide trusted advice and strategic direction across the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling business success through people.
Role & Responsibilities - Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people and capability strategies aligned to business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide expert guidance across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Drive the delivery of key people initiatives, including performance, talent, succession planning, engagement, diversity and inclusion programs.
- Lead and deliver strategic people projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and effective risk management.
- Use people insights, workforce data and key metrics to inform decision-making, measure success, and continuously improve organisational performance.
Skills & Experience - Extensive experience in a senior People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, or HR Leadership role within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring teams, developing capability, and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Highly developed analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience leading large-scale people projects and programs.
