About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team at DBG Health. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in delivering management reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities that support strategic decision-making across the Group.
You'll provide valuable financial insights, support reporting system enhancements and contribute to driving continuous improvement across financial planning and analysis processes.
Role & Responsibilities - Prepare and support monthly Management Performance Meeting (MPM) reporting, including consolidated Board Packs, KPI reporting and cost centre analysis.
- Support the Group budgeting and forecasting process through data preparation, consolidation, variance analysis and reporting.
- Partner with divisional finance teams to understand key business drivers and deliver consolidated Group reporting and insights.
- Provide financial analysis and actionable recommendations to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the implementation, enhancement and ongoing development of planning and reporting systems, including process automation initiatives.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, projects and continuous improvement activities across the Group FP&A function.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 3-4 years' experience in FP&A, Management Accounting or Commercial Finance role, within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial reporting, ERP or planning systems is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple business functions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Proactive, highly organised and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
