About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality IT services and a seamless digital workplace experience across DBG Health's growing global business.
Reporting to the General Manager Cyber Security & Technology Operations, you'll oversee managed service providers, drive operational excellence, enhance end-user technology services, and ensure secure, reliable technology outcomes for teams across Australia, New York and London.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with business and technology stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery, modern workplace capabilities, and operational performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs, operational standards and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Manage and optimise relationships with managed service providers, driving performance, service improvements, incident resolution and governance.
- Oversee modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, device management, collaboration platforms and identity & access management.
- Monitor service performance, analyse trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives across incident, problem and change management.
- Partner with Cyber Security and Technology teams to enforce endpoint security, identity governance, compliance and Zero Trust principles.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing clear communication during major incidents and translating technical performance into business outcomes.
Skills & Experience - 4+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar IT Operations leadership role within a fast-paced, growing organisation.
- Strong experience managing managed service providers (MSPs), ITIL service management processes and ITSM/ITOM platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Intune, modern workplace technologies and video conferencing solutions.
- Experience with identity and access management, endpoint management and delivering secure, cloud-based workplace services.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead major incident resolution and drive measurable service improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial awareness.
