About the Role
Join DBG Health as a Business Intelligence Analyst - Supply Chain, where you'll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that optimise inventory performance, replenishment planning, and supply chain decision-making.
Working closely with planners, procurement, and operations teams, you'll develop impactful Power BI dashboards, analyse supply chain performance, and help ensure accurate reporting across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional seeking to expand their business intelligence expertise in a fast-paced healthcare and consumer goods environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering inventory, replenishment, service levels, forward cover, regulatory reporting, and supply chain performance.
- Support critical regulatory reporting requirements, including PBS MinStock and other mandatory stock holding and compliance reporting, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Analyse supply chain and inventory data to provide actionable insights that optimise stock levels, replenishment, and business decision-making.
- Build and enhance data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to improve reporting accuracy, automation, and data integrity.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Demand Planning, Finance, and Regulatory stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, business logic, and visualisation standards to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Supply Chain Analytics role.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly regarded.
- Exposure to regulatory or mandatory reporting requirements, with an understanding of compliance-driven reporting processes and business logic.
- Experience working with inventory, replenishment, forecasting, stock holding, or supply chain performance data; familiarity with PBS MinStock, Price Disclosure, FDDA Portal, or similar regulatory reporting is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling, with advanced SQL skills and experience working with ERP or enterprise data sources; exposure to Python or Power Automate is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, alongside a continuous improvement mindset.
