About the Role

This is not your average entry-level role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes beauty, someone who loves discovering new products, follows emerging trends, and is excited by what makes a product stand out.
At MCoBeauty, we create innovative cosmetics, skincare and beauty products enjoyed by consumers globally. As a Product Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Product Development Manager and Beauty team, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in beauty product development. While we'll teach you the technical skills, we're looking for someone who brings genuine passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of new beauty products across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Coordinate product samples, testing, benchmarking activities, and supplier communications
- Maintain project timelines, product trackers and development documentation to support successful product launches
- Assist with product evaluations, competitor analysis and beauty trend research
- Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Product Development team
Skills & Experience - Passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and emerging industry trends
- Previous experience in a product coordination, beauty, marketing, retail buying or related role is advantageous
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with an interest in product innovation and consumer trends
