About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Business Partner to join our Supply Chain team based in Melbourne. This role plays a critical part in managing key wholesale customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and driving supply chain efficiency across demand planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Acting as the key interface between Arrotex and its wholesale partners, you will work cross-functionally to deliver strong customer service outcomes, improve forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational execution with stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with wholesale customers, acting as the key point of contact across supply chain operations
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (planning, logistics, customer service) to ensure optimal product availability, DIFOT, and order fulfilment
- Monitor inventory across 3PL and wholesaler networks to optimise stock levels and minimise risk
- Drive demand planning alignment with customers, including forecasting, promotions, and new product launches
- Provide clear communication and transparency on order lifecycle, managing escalations, issues, and customer expectations
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and strengthen customer partnerships
Skills & Experience - Experience in a supply chain or customer service role (2+ years), ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with experience managing wholesale or B2B customer relationships
- Solid analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience interpreting data to drive decisions
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and managing inventory/order processes
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
