About the Role
Join DBG Health on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract as a Finance Business Partner to deliver financial analysis, reporting, and insights across our Hospitals channel. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while partnering with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reporting for Hospitals revenue and costs, including Sales & Marketing expenses.
- Maintain and track profitability across hospital customers, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist with hospital tender processes, including analysis, documentation, and maintaining SOPs.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and senior leadership to translate business needs into commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, projects, and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience - Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
- Experience or strong interest in FP&A, commercial finance, or analytics (pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience advantageous).
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data transformation.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders across multiple levels of the business.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CA/CPA in progress desirable).
