About the role:
We are seeking experienced, proactive, and passionate Field Merchandisers to service our leading retail, grocery, and pharmacy customers. You will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through instore visual merchandising, activation of marketing and promotional strategies, planogram implementation and campaign execution.
You will be accountable for ensuring your allocated area is well serviced on a regular cycle, with continued growth in sales and support being your number one priority. You will be part of a National Field Team, supported by the National Field Operations Manager and our dynamic sales and retail team. This role is casual, approximately 30 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday. $31.68 per hour as per award, 95 cents per kilometre travel reimbursement for travel between stores.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through visual merchandising and marketing activations.
- Ensure your area is well-serviced and sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with a dynamic National Field Team.
- Support of your customers with brand and product training.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels and share of retail space.
- Execution of brand and promotional initiatives at store level Locating, negotiating, and displaying eye-catching product displays
- Ensuring healthy stock levels and promotions are displayed correctly and on time.
- Implementing planogram relays efficiently and to expectation in line with business timelines
Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in Pharmacy Retail / FMCG Merchandising, including Grocery, Discount Department Stores, Department Stores, and Pharmacy.
- Have a current, valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
- Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment.
- Passion for retail merchandising and sales.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication and CRM skills.
- Be a people person willing to build relationships with all levels of retail personnel
