About the role:
The Social Media Manager at VidaCorp will take the lead in shaping a bold, trend-driven digital presence! From crafting scroll-stopping content to engaging with our community, you'll drive high-impact campaigns that captivate and convert. If you're a creative powerhouse with a passion for innovation and social-first video production, this is your chance to make waves in the beauty industry!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
- Keep our content fresh by identifying trends, audience insights, and creative opportunities.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, social-first video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Tailor content to fit platform-specific trends while staying true to MCoBeauty's aesthetic.
- Support the launch of social campaigns, product activations, and influencer partnerships.
Skills & Experience: - Experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Proficiency in video shooting & editing (CapCut expertise a plus!).
- Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and engagement.
- Data-driven mindset—you love tracking performance and optimising content.
- Organised & trend-savvy—you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing new ideas to the table.
