At DBG Health, we are Defined by Good. Guided by a simple but powerful purpose: to create a world where feeling better is a right, not a privilege. Every day, millions of people rely on us for access to affordable, innovative health, wellness, and beauty solutions that make a genuine impact. Headquartered in Melbourne, we are a global-scale, privately owned organisation, powered by over 1,500 passionate professionals, united by a mission to help people feel better, live well, and thrive.
DBG Technology partners with the business to deliver secure, reliable systems and technology-enabled change across the group. The Business Analysis Practice plays a key role in turning business needs into clear outcomes, working across domains such as Finance and Supply Chain.
About The Role
Join DBG Health as a Business Analyst for an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting technology-enabled change across Finance and Supply Chain, translating business needs into clear requirements and practical outcomes. The initial focus will be on an Enterprise Performance Management uplift using Jedox, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Reporting into the Business Analysis Practice within DBG Technology, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners. You’ll facilitate workshops, clarify priorities and risks, and produce clear, actionable outputs that enable delivery and adoption.
