About The Role
As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies that drive sales, enhance brand consistency and create inspiring customer experiences across our retail network. You’ll translate brand campaigns, product launches and commercial priorities into impactful visual stories, while partnering closely with Retail, Brand, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement visual design brand strategy for MCoBeauty, for all permanent and temporary point of sale executions, across the retail network of Grocery and Discount Department Retail accounts and additional networks and events as required
- Lead end to end project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders
- Ownership of the visual merchandising & POS budget with efficient tracking and performance reviews as required
- Delivering precise planning and execution inclusive of activity and campaign planning in line with business and customer needs
- Space planning and POG management for all major roll outs and activations aligned with campaigns, key deliveries and promotional timelines.
Skills & Experience - Experienced in Grocery, Discount Department Retail and Pharmacy accounts – in particular Woolworths and Big W (advantageous)
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and additional program competencies advantageous (Blue Yonder)
- You have 3+ years previous experience within a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals
- Minimum 3+ years project management experience
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link VM to sales performance
- Exceptional eye for detail, colour, layout and storytelling
- Experience managing VM calendars, campaigns and multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator who can inspire, influence and coach teams
