About The Role
The Logistics & Distribution (L&D) department delivers on operational objectives and its mission in support of VidaCorp's business momentum by supplying the right products according to the plan, while maximising revenue through the reduction of supply chain costs. The L&D department is part of the Global Supply Chain organisation based in Sydney's office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end order management, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory availability, invoicing accuracy and release to warehouse within agreed SLAs.
- Drive operational excellence across the order-to-delivery cycle, proactively managing risks, delays, backorders, EDI issues, returns and discrepancies to improve DIFOT and customer experience.
- Provide people leadership by translating business strategy into clear team objectives, setting KPIs, monitoring performance and supporting development through regular 1:1s, reviews and IDPs.
- Manage supplier and 3PL performance through regular operational reviews, SOP governance, stock accuracy controls, replenishment activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless supply chain execution, including collaboration with IT, Finance, warehouse partners and customer stakeholders.
- Champion customer service excellence, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution and long-term relationship management while maintaining compliance with WHS and internal policies.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 7 years’ experience across supply chain, logistics or operations roles.
- Proven leadership capability, with strong communication skills to set direction, drive collaboration and inspire innovation.
- Solid experience in strategy execution, process improvement, performance management and team development within a supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable outcomes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of outputs.
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics or a related field are highly desirable, but not essential.
