About The Role
The Supply department delivers operational objectives and its mission in support of VidaCorp’s global business momentum by supplying the right products according to the plan while maximising efficiency across the international supply chain network. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, on‑time deliveries, and strong collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and global 3PL partners across global markets. With VidaCorp’s future expansion into new markets, this role will be key in supporting the setup of logistics operations and supplier coordination as the business grows globally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the global movement of inventory from suppliers and manufacturing sites through to distribution centres, ensuring timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery across all regions.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL providers and internal teams to oversee inbound, outbound, cross-trade and intercompany stock transfers, resolving any shipment or inventory discrepancies.
- Create, manage and monitor purchase orders, sales orders and transfer orders within ERP systems, ensuring smooth fulfilment and compliance with delivery and documentation requirements.
- Provide visibility of global and regional stock levels, supporting inventory balancing, replenishment planning and alignment of priorities across procurement, logistics and sales teams.
- Maintain and analyse logistics and supply chain data, including shipment reporting, KPIs, forecasting inputs and dashboard updates to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, quarantine and WHS requirements, maintaining accurate shipping documentation and supporting continuous improvement of global logistics processes.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 2 years’ experience in international logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination roles.
- Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Solid understanding of import/export processes, customs requirements and shipping documentation.
- Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems, with NetSuite experience highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics or a related field are highly desirable, but not essential.
