About The Role:
 
Join our Logistics & Distribution (L&D) team and play a key role in keeping VidaCorp's products moving efficiently across Australia and New Zealand!
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll help ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time, supporting our growth and helping us deliver for our customers.
 
In this role you will provide seamless support our Australian markets. Based in our vibrant Sydney Market St office, you'll gain hands-on experience in international logistics operations, contribute to smarter supply chain solutions, and be part of a team that's driving real impact every day.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders (via EDI, email, or phone), ensuring accuracy, timely release to the warehouse, and prompt invoicing and ASN generation.
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery performance, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet customer timelines and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, managing stock transfers, reconciliations, and investigating discrepancies across systems.
• Support operational efficiency projects, including value-added services (VAS), reworks, and process standardisation through SOP documentation and regular operations meetings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, resolving queries, and supporting customers in order management and system use.
• Collaborate across teams (Finance, Compliance, Supply Chain) to resolve billing queries, share performance insights, and uphold workplace safety and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar logistics, supply chain, or order management role. Ideally within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, or cosmetics industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence working with ERP systems. Experience with NetSuite and/or Business Central is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership, contributes to team goals, and thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
