The Role
We're on the hunt for a Product Creator who lives at the intersection of innovation, culture and chemistry. This is not a "copy what already exists" role. This is about spotting what's next, shaping it early, and turning global beauty signals into products people can't stop talking about.
You'll be our trend scout, concept queen (or king), and innovation instigator, feeding the future pipeline across our beauty brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting global beauty trends before they hit the mainstream
- Deep-diving into ingredients, formats, formulations and tech
- Translating TikTok buzz, trade show intel and cultural shifts into real product concepts
- Working with global manufacturers, formulators and innovation partners
- Creating future-facing concepts across function, format, claims and positioning
- Helping shape short, mid and long-term innovation roadmaps
- Bringing the outside world in — and pushing our product game forward

About You - You've worked in product creation, innovation, trend forecasting or product development
- Beauty, wellness or FMCG experience = big yes
- You see patterns early and connect dots fast
- You can turn inspiration into clear, commercial product ideas
- You're confident collaborating cross-functionally and externally
- You're curious, bold, organised and allergic to mediocrity
