About The Role
As part of DBG Health’s global technology transformation, the Finance ERP Program Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the organisation. Reporting to senior executives, this role is responsible for guiding complex, multi-country ERP delivery while ensuring alignment to business strategy, governance and value outcomes
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation across multiple regions and business units
- Establish and govern program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and executive reporting
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Technology and Operations to drive adoption and value realisation
- Manage systems integrators and technology partners, ensuring contractual, commercial and delivery outcomes are met
- Oversee integration, data migration, testing, cutover and transition to Business-as-Usual support
- Provide trusted advisory support to the CIO, CFO and Program Steering Committee
Skills & Experience - 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs in complex, multi-entity environments
- Proven delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other Tier 1 ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion)
- Strong program governance, financial management and executive-level communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing global systems integrators and multiple delivery partners
- Deep understanding of finance, supply chain and enterprise integration architectures
